Duo entertainment for me from Apple...!

Apple Inc products are as sweet as apple. Apple product iPhone 4 is fully loaded with entertainment and that arrived at my hand that too two of it. Admiring form factor. I have dropped iPhone 3G and 3GS for more times because of its slippy design, Yeah it just slipped and fell down to the floor. Unless you have a cover, you cannot carry it safe. But if covered, then it looks bulky. iPhone 4's form factor is not much amazing, i could say. But still i feel it very slim and easy to carry it safe. Also the iPhone 4 case that comes with package, its a kind of vibration protector. It looks bit hard but that saves iPhone 4 much.

The above picture shows you the new feature of the iPhone iOS-4, that enables to close or force quit the application, Yeah like in Linux. In iPhone 3G, i would feel that i have never quit the application as soon as i press the iPhone's universal button. But this really sounds good. Initially while i was using the iPhone, i didn't know that i really lose my battery in few hours. Then i came to know about this feature and that really saved the battery life. If you want to quit an application or if you want to see what tasks it runs, just make a double click at the iPhone's Universal button then you will see the screen as in the above picture.

I have seen lot videos on iPhone 4 unpacking in youtube. I wanted to make a video of unpacking as well as dismantling it. But I really don't want peel off this apple product. Just 5 controls left for the user to control the hole iPhone and most of the events, conditions were handled by iPhone's Universal button. Yeah, can say it has touch screen but considering other phones, these 5 controls were bit much effectively functional in this iPhone and looks smart. Hardware configuration is much more than i have expected. Apple integrates its first own and custom designed System-on-Chip package Apple A4 CPU (Specific's Apple designed Apple A4 and Manufactured by Samsung :: Chip can carryout process at 1GHz but its down-clocked to 800MHz) on this iPhone 4 and now they use it for all apple products. That's cool isn't it!

Most of my friends who love iPhone and hate other phone makers and i really ignore them for one reason since Apple designs products that are psychologically attracting people. That's how the Apple still making it way towards the End-Users and that's the way i like it. Has its own Fans. They make it attractive and they make us feel it attractive. Hope anyone would hardly believe this statement. Graphical Processing Unit GPU(Specifics: GPU from PowerVR SGX series) is the most exploring thing in this iPhone. That can help you explore photos or if you find it hard to read, I mean to magnify and explore photos. Use retina eye option. Just drag you finger along the way you want to read, then you will see the path getting Zoomed in.

I have discussed more about App Store and Most of the iPhone features with iPhone 3GS is already with iPhone 4 except face-time. Fring Video Call or Skype Video call that works cool with this phone. Still you cannot use this face-time with the Video Call feature that your subscriber promise. Actually i use NTT DoCoMo's SIM card which i have converted it to MicroSIM, Yeah myself, i've to cut it. Internet seems to be faster for me in NTT DoCoMo and with this iPhone 4, i am really enjoying to be online and getting updates on business, reports. I sometime feel bad about this iPhone 4, same with all iPhones, there isn't any edit before call options at all. Have to afford some other third party app to fix this. I rarely use paid apps but still i don't wish to afford paid app as a fix.

Cheers for iPhone 4 users. I am really waiting to have comments from iPhone users. Have a good day :)

A Day with iPhone 3GS !

After my story "A Journey into Apple !", a friend of mine approached me to unlock his new iPhone 3GS. So, with his permission, i took his iPhone a day and Unlocked it for him. A day long i looked into the phone and enjoyed every feature on it. Digital Compass is the most admire-able thing i found with this phone. "MagiTact", an electronic magnetometer that traces the earths magnetic field and shows the exact direction in the phone. Google Maps application with GPS and Magnetometer guides a perfect way into streets. In Google Maps, there shows a mark that exactly match the top side direction of the iPhone.

App store is the next beautiful thing with the iPhone. After Signing-In with Apple ID, there are lot of applications available with App Store. Applications with App Store were unimaginable. Lot of motion games available with iPhone, each and everyone were really amazing.

More than an review, i loved it. After i had the phone in my hand, it just made me very eager to buy my own. To be frank, more than BlackBerry Storm 2 9550, My Nokia E71, I prefer more to get an iPhone. Well this is older verions, Now i prefer more to buy iPhone 4.

Then discussing the iPhone unlock, its a quiet easy steps. Visit my Wordpress blog to know more about Unlocking iPhone 3GS. Find below the photograph of iPhone 3GS being unlocked. Jailbreakme is a small application that's used to Unlock any iPhone iOS. Its a cool thing. I experienced similar installation procedure with Ubuntu Linux through APT url.

Cydia is the application, that gets install after Unlocking the iPhone. It acts just like an Apple App Store. Using this Application, we can download may other applications, games to customize iPhone to your like. Already there rising an news that SmartPhone market brings the Notebooks markets down. I am damn sure iPhone, if comes with lesser price, it will bring down the NoteBook market down. I am very much excited to have iPhone 3GS or iPhone 4 in my hand soon. Hope you have too.

I own Nokia E71 !

So after long time, eDoDe is back with his new gadget. Yep, i got Nokia E71 after a long analysis on its specifications. I still couldn't believe this phone bundles with features and specs listed in Nokia Products page. But Nokia haven't failed me. My Sony Ericsson W850i is fully dead and i was hoping to buy a new phone in the same brand like Xperia or W995. In the mean time, i had a chance to work with BlackBerry Smartphones Bold and Storm 2. while i was searching for specs regarding BlackBerry phones, I got into some similar pages of Nokia and had a chance to look into specs of Nokia E71. Not comparably but similarly Nokia E71 have features of BlackBerry Smartphones. Of course Nokia E71 is a smartphone too. I was too much enjoyed seeing lot of specs for lesser price. So i decided finally and got this Smart-phone. Actually this is my second Nokia Smartphone after Nokia 5800 Xpress music. Nokia 5800 is my first touch screen phone and it has too got bugs initially and then after Nokia Software Upgrade the phone seem to be good.

Speaking about Nokia E71, I felt a Pentium-4 computer in my hand. A heavy process may take time but still i finish the work in my handheld device thats my point. E-Series stand for Enhanced Connectivity. I tried almost all features of this phone from Push Email service to Video Call. I tried Video Call using Fring Messenger through Wi-Fi with my friend in Singapore and he uses Nokia 5800 Xpress music and get connected to me in the similar way i did. We almost spoke for 45minutes with good Audio and Video stream. I felt my battery was hot so i disconnected the call, otherwise the call should have last for another one hour. This is the great feature i was astonished with the phone. Though its a third party software, the hardware has to adopt for its capability rite !?

Regarding specs SmartPhone with 3.5G Mobile connectivity, Candy-Bar Style, Bluetooth with EDR, IR, USB, A-GPS, Wi-Fi. The mobile factory finish is very stylish with its stainless steel. I bought Grey silver with look very shiny and glitters. QWERTY Keyboard is the great feature, I enjoyed with BlackBerry and now with Nokia. Theses are all hardware stuffs and here comes some software stuff. I can find some similarity with my computer Operating systems. I feel Symbian S60 can be comparable to Linux OS especially Ubuntu, on account of its software packages. Easy to fetch and install applications. OVI Store comes as an replacement to "Download" option of traditional Nokia Phones. OVI Store as explained in my previous post, Its like an App Store for Apple products.

Adcanced Call Manager, Multiscanner, BarCode Reader are the softwares, i see and work for the first time. OVI Store has lot of softwares and we can download it for free. I also came to know that Smartphones have Torrent downloader Software, third party developed software. I am searching for the better one.

Regarding appearance, I felt E71 looks very slim and sexy than E63 and E72. When i opened backside cover, I was surprised to see a huge battery with 3.7V and 1500mA output. Battery weighs more than the circuit and I seem to gain weight when its in my hand but It fix easily to my pocket.

Regarding security, the phone have lot of security locks. Lock for Phone, Memory card, Internal and External memory encryption. Remote Lock is my most lovable lock, using that i can lock my phone, just sending a code through SMS to my phone from anyother phone.

Music Player and Video Playback sounds good. Regarding camera, it has lot of options, I mean modes of capturing Picture or Video do have lot of choice. It has been a problem in Nokia phones that memory card can be removed only removing the battery but In my SmartPhone, it has a slot outside. Audio jack is the most annoying thing, since its 2.5mm jack. Difficult to find this Audio jack, in case if i lose it. Also i cannot connect to anyother audio device like audio jack in Xpress Music and SE Walkman Series phones.

So, I thought i could give a start to Business phones, so this is what i bought and suits me well for my blog. I blog and moderate comments using my Nokia SmartPhone. I eventually forgot my Laptop after i start using my phone. I strongly recommend SmartPhone users that too starters, better activate Data Plan of the Subscriber or use internet through Home Wi-Fi. Also i and my friend tried to connect internet to Phone through PC Internet with Ad-Hoc, and IP, Gateway allocation, Still we couldn't find a way for that. But somehow, If i find it, I'l let you know through my blog.

I found some problem of "Certificate Error" while installing old softwares on my SmartPhone and I rectified it by changing the date of phone to one year back, Then i could install software easily. Most softwares wouldn't allow to install if there is any issue on mobile phone compatibility. Also don't try to force the installation, It would result in Memory Card crash. Within a week of time, I tried all the features including VOIP and I really like this phone.

Hope this phone set a new business opportunity for me. Write comments on my review and Let me know if you need help in assisting Nokia E71 Smartphone problems.

I own Nokia 5800 Xpress Music !

Here's my New Gadget that's a Smart Phone with Touch Screen, Wi-Fi, A-GPS, 8Giga's of Music, Bluetooth, 3G, Accelerometer and more fun inside... I bought this Smart Phone with a great deal from COMEX 2009. To Get start with this Phone, Let me start with the feature i like the most in it. Nokia Maps with A-GPS (Assisted GPS) is the feature i like the most in this phone. This is the first GPS device i handle. I helps lot in my travel. I can choose the destination and Nokia Maps shows me the shortest path from the place i stand. Map downloading from Nokia Site consumes more bytes thorugh GSM Network. But with the Wi-Fi feature, I downloaded the Maps from My Home Internet and I can move out without consuming my GPRS Bytes.

Coming to other features, It runs with Symbian OS S60. This is the First Touch Screen of Nokia equipped with S60 OS, Code Named - "Tube". Camera is the important feature of Hand Phone nowadays. This Phone is equipped with Two Camera's one at the Front for Video Calls and Other at the Back Side for making Digital Photo. Unlike other phones, any of the two cameras can be switched for both Picture Capture and Video Calls.

FaceBook and Youtube are the othe flash enabled apps that helps to post and View links and Videos within the phone. The Flash plugin for the Mobile Browser supports HD Video and Full Screen view as in our PC's. Then coming to screen orientation, the 3.2 inch 16:9 wide-screen shifts itself to the position of the phone. To be short, It Adjusts itself to our convenient position. Like motion gaming in Sony Ericsson phones, This Smart Phone has the same gaming features and Games.

Direction maping, Latitude, Longitude parameter are the other features of this phone.
To explain this phone in Short Descrition -
"We will never be lost with this phone".
Am i rite?
